THE DEPLOYMENT PROCESS

1. Job Briefing & Framework Agreement: Submission of precise role requirements and execution of standard framework terms; formal confirmation finalized within 2 hours.

2. Profile Expediting: TheoDriver compiles and transmits 2-3 matching pre-screened candidate dossiers within 72 hours.

3. Client Selection Interviewing: Coordination and execution of technical client interviews supported by our digital translation infrastructure.

4. Administrative Compliance Phase: Client files for administrative authorizations, accommodation guarantees, and work visas if mandated locally.

5. Arrival & Operational Onboarding: Driver arrives at the commercial facility. The corresponding placement invoice is formally issued on the start date, matching strict flat-rate criteria.

6. Guarantee Period Execution: The official 90-day structural performance guarantee mechanism activates instantly upon day one of local employment.
